The CSAS boy's basketball team plays under the mantra, "create the fear." It's led them to a district regular season championship and the Patriots find themselves one win from a district tournament championship to go along with it.
They're led by senior Ethan Brown who's had some personal struggles off the court before this season. Brown and his family lost their home in the Easter tornadoes last year. He was in the house when three trees fell on it, and fortunately, he and his family came out okay.
Brown says basketball and his teammates meant the world to him as he navigated through that scary time. Now, he and his Patriots are using the hard work they put in behind Brown's leadership as they look to make a run this postseason.
