UPDATE: Chattanooga police have identified the body as 40-year-old Timothy Bryson.
Police say there were no signs of foul play, and the cause of death has not yet been determined.

A utility worker discovered the body, which had been there for sometime, according to police.
Police responded to the call just before 3:00 p.m.
